How long does a typical interior design project take? +
Project timelines depend on the square footage and custom scope. Typically, a standard residential apartment takes between 45 to 75 working days from design approval to final handover.
Do you provide end-to-end Turnkey solutions? +
Yes, we provide full turnkey interior solutions covering 3D spatial design, civil alterations, custom woodwork, lighting installation, procurement, and handover.
Is the initial consultation free of charge? +
Yes, the initial consultation at our Banani/Dhanmondi studio or via virtual meeting is complimentary. Our senior architects will assess your requirements and discuss layout possibilities.
Do you execute projects outside of Dhaka? +
We primarily operate across Dhaka (Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Uttara, Bashundhara, Mirpur). However, we undertake select premium projects in Chittagong, Sylhet, and other major cities upon request.
Do you offer post-handover warranty and maintenance? +
Absolutely. We provide up to a 10-year warranty on Blum and premium cabinetry hardware, along with 1-year complimentary post-handover maintenance support.
